Affixed at foot of front pastedown is Ulrich Middeldorf's printed label. At lower right-hand corner of t.p. is stamp in black ink of H. Garriod, beneath a coronet. Tear in right margin of t.p., apparently to remove another stamp (now repaired). Bibliographical inscription on back pastedown. Ink blots and scribbling
